Senior Tax Manager Location:
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) We are partnering with a large global company to identify an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join its growing tax leadership team. The Senior Tax Manager w ill play a critical role in overseeing US corporate tax provision/accounting and compliance while navigating an evolving regulatory landscape. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor, drive process improvements, and support global tax operations in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provision calculations and related disclosures Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and support strategic tax planning Oversee global tax compliance activities and drive continuous process improvement initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and external auditors Leverage tax technology tools (e.g., OneSource or equivalent software) to enhance efficiency and accuracy Manage a team of 3 Tax professionals Targeted profile: CPA designation required 8-10+ years of progressive tax experience, including both tax compliance and tax provision (ASC 740) Experience with OneSource Tax Provision software required Prior Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred Experience supporting large, publicly traded, global organizations Experience leading and developing staff, as well as driving process improvements.
