$160,000 - $230,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager with strong experience serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys complex tax work, client relationships and problem-solving, but is looking for a firm where career growth does not have to come at the expense of personal life.
The Senior Tax Manager will:
Manage and oversee complex tax engagements for
HNW/UHNW
individuals, families and closely held businesses Provide tax planning and compliance services across a sophisticated client base Review complex federal and state individual and business tax returns Advise clients on tax planning opportunities, entity structuring, wealth transfer and other tax matters Work with clients and internal teams to identify and implement tax-saving strategies Oversee and mentor Tax Seniors, Staff and other team members Manage engagement timelines, budgets and deliverables Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Collaborate with Partners on complex client matters and strategic tax planning Research and resolve complex federal and state tax issues Assist with IRS and state examinations as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 8+ years of public accounting tax experience Significant experience working with
HNW/UHNW
individuals and families Strong knowledge of individual and business taxation Experience with complex, multi-state tax matters Strong tax research, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent client communication and relationship-management abilities CPA preferred Experience with trusts, estates, private foundations, closely held businesses or sophisticated investment structures is highly valued Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Partners and team members If you're looking for sophisticated tax work without sacrificing your quality of life, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
