As a Tax Controversy Manager, you will be part of the Tax Department supporting the Tax Controversy team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$50 - $60 per hour What's the Job? Manage end-to-end US federal and state tax controversy cases, from initial request to resolution. Research and defend the company's technical positions on tax issues, shaping audit strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, timely responses to tax authorities. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency. What's Needed? 4+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or in-house tax controversy work. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Law, or related field. CPA, bar admission, or relevant professional certification strongly preferred. Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
