The Opportunity As part of the Financial Services Tax team you are expected to provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are expected to leverage PwC's exceptional technical knowledge and specialization, coupled with industry insights, to solve clients' needs. Responsibilities Supervise and develop team members to achieve exceptional deliverables Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams Independently solve and analyze complex problems Utilize PwC's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs Drive digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance Oversee successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 4 years of experience CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity What Sets You Apart In-depth knowledge in tax issues for multinational US banks Proven record in managing project management teams Experience with FATCA, 1441, FBAR, and qualified intermediary Developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal documents Leading teams to generate vision and motivate members Familiarity with CRM systems Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
