NextStep Recruiting has partnered with an established public accounting firm to identify a Tax Manager in Bonham, TX. This role is 100% onsite and will manage a longstanding client portfolio while leading complex tax engagements, planning initiatives, and client advisory work. This position is ideal for an experienced public accounting professional who combines strong technical tax knowledge with client relationship skills, team leadership, and a desire to help grow an established practice.

Required:

Active CPA license and bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Several recent years of progressive public accounting tax experience Strong experience preparing and reviewing complex individual and business tax returns Demonstrated tax planning expertise with the ability to advise clients on complex tax matters and business decisions Experience managing multiple engagements, client relationships, deadlines, and tax staff

Preferred:
