What They Offer:

Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote)

Compensation:

$120K-$165K + bonus + profit sharing Paid overtime or comp time for hours worked over 40 Reduced off-season schedule (~35 hours/week) Reasonable busy season (typically 45-60 hours/week) Flexible environment, including split shifts for parents Small firm feel with direct access to Partners Long-term, stable team with minimal bureaucracy

What They Need:

This is a hands-on Tax Manager position responsible for both preparation and review of a wide variety of returns, along with mentoring junior staff and working directly with clients. Responsibilities Prepare and review tax returns including: 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990PF Manage client relationships and respond to tax inquiries Review work of junior staff and provide guidance Assist with IRS and state correspondence Support workflow and team productivity during busy season Who They're Looking For

CPA / EA
