Salary:
$110,000 – $150,000 +

Tax Manager:
Lead and manage multiple tax engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. The Tax Manager will review complex business and individual tax returns for accuracy and compliance. Mentor, develop, and supervise tax professionals to support team performance and growth. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic tax guidance to clients. Oversee engagement budgets, workflow, and deadlines while supporting practice growth initiatives. Qualifications for the
Tax Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Active CPA designation with demonstrated expertise in tax compliance and advisory services. Progressive public accounting experience with a strong foundation in tax planning, consulting, and compliance. Proven leadership track record managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing tax professionals.
