You'll manage a team of five, oversee a varied portfolio of small and medium sized business clients and become a trusted advisor to those businesses as they grow. This isn't just a review role. The client base is made up primarily of small and medium sized businesses, so you'll work closely with business owners who value advice just as much as compliance.
