Hybrid — 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Salary:

$125,000-$145,000 annually

Bonus:

5-15% bonus potential About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a respected public accounting firm known for quality, integrity, and exceptional client service. This position is ideal for a tax professional with strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex client engagements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review Individual, Corporate, Partnership, Estate, and Trust tax returns Manage multiple client engagements and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule Assist clients with tax planning and financial planning Perform complex tax research and provide recommendations Supervise, train, and mentor junior and senior-level staff Follow up on completed projects and ongoing client needs Manage client accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members Manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously Qualifications 7+ years of tax/public accounting experience CPA or EA required Strong technical tax and supervisory skills Experience managing client engagements and accounts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree preferred Why Join Us?
