TAX MANAGER

Tax Manager - Hybrid | Greenwood Village, CO (DTC) Growing tax & accounting firm serving SMB clients across healthcare, real estate, retail, and more Full-time hybrid/onsite role with real client ownership and leadership impact Prepare/review complex individual, business, multi-state, and trust & estate returns Lead client relationships, tax planning, and advisory work (not just compliance) Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing tax team Clear, legitimate path to Partner — not a carrot on a stick Hours that make sense: ~40/week non-busy, ~55-60 busy season, Sundays closed You Bring 7+ years of complex tax experience CPA or EA required (MST a plus) Leadership, client-facing confidence, zero-drama professionalism Comp & Perks $125,000-$165,000 salary 401(k) + match, full benefits, PTO Greenwood Village, CO (commute required) Bottom line: If you want leadership, client ownership, and a real shot at Partner — this is the move.
