full-time Tax Manager | Hybrid | Des Plaines, IL Established public accounting firm seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax engagements, review complex returns, advise clients, and mentor staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who enjoys a mix of technical tax work, client interaction, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Review and oversee individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns Provide tax planning and consulting services Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor Research complex tax issues and develop solutions Mentor and develop tax staff Support practice growth and process improvements
Qualifications:
CPA required 7+ years of public accounting tax experience Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation Experience reviewing complex tax returns Strong leadership and client management skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
