This is an excellent opportunity to inherit an existing book of business, build long-term client relationships, and work toward a clearly defined partnership track within a collaborative, relationship-driven firm.
What You'll Do:
Manage a portfolio of individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and fiduciary tax clients Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance to clients and staff Serve as the primary point of contact for your client base, building trusted, long-term relationships Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services throughout the year Mentor, train, and develop junior staff, particularly during non-busy season periods Collaborate with firm leadership on client service initiatives and long-term practice growthWhat You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred Active CPA license required 5+ years of public accounting tax experience with management or supervisory responsibilities Strong experience reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and fiduciary tax returns Excellent client relationship management and communication skills Proven ability to mentor and develop staff Desire to grow into a long-term leadership and partnership roleWhat You'll Get:
