Tax Manager

We are a small 20 person firm in St Paul looking to grow our tax team. The average tenure of our employees is 15.5yrs!

What You Will Be DoingAdvise clients on a full spectrum of corporate and individual tax services, including planning, research, compliance, and general mergers and acquisitions activitiesHandles routine client tax questions, and works with Staff and Seniors to make sure necessary information for tax return completion and complianceAssist with new business development, extended service and tax issue recognition for existing clientsManage corporate and individual client needs with respect to tax services and federal and state tax complianceDevelop and sustain strong client relationshipsHelp develop Senior and Staff accountants both technically and professionally through their careerWhat You Need for this Position5+ years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxationAt least 2 years of review experienceExperienced with Partnerships, S-Corps and C-CorpsCPA licenseM.S. in Taxation is preferredWhat's In It for YouCompetitive base pay ($120k-$160k) DOE21 days PTOFlexible Hybrid scheduleAnnual bonusand more!
