This established public accounting firm is looking for a Tax Manager to work closely with Partners, reviewing returns, preparing complex work and becoming a trusted advisor to clients. The long-term plan is for this person to grow into leading the tax function, making this far more than another management role. The client base is built around privately owned businesses, real estate and agriculture. Agricultural experience is a bonus, not a requirement. If you understand tax and enjoy building client relationships, they'll teach you the industry. Compensation is competitive, with a clear route beyond for someone who proves themselves and has ambitions towards ownership. Relocating to Lubbock? That's absolutely on the table.
