About the Role We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses. This role will lead complex tax compliance, planning, and advisory engagements while building strong client relationships and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate combines deep technical tax expertise with a proactive advisory mindset and a passion for helping clients navigate complex financial and tax matters. What You'll Do Manage and review complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses. Provide proactive tax planning, consulting, and advisory services to clients and business owners. Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted tax advisor. Conduct tax research and communicate recommendations on complex tax matters. Oversee multiple engagements and ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables. Mentor and develop staff through coaching, review, and performance feedback. Assist clients with IRS and state tax notices, audits, and compliance matters. Support practice growth through networking, referrals, and expansion of existing client relationships. About You Strategic Problem Solver

Required & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting Licensed CPA At least five years of recent public accounting experience in tax Significant experience serving high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses Strong experience with complex individual (1040), partnership (1065), S-Corporation (1120S), trust (1041), and gift tax returns Tax planning and consulting experience for business owners and HNW clients Experience reviewing and mentoring staff Strong client relationship management and communication skills Experience with multi-state taxation, estate planning, and wealth transfer strategies preferred Why Join Us As part of Springline, you'll have the resources and infrastructure of a growing national platform while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit and local-market influence that drive success.
