As a Tax Manager, you will be an integral part of the finance department supporting the company's tax strategy and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
$ 120,000 - $180,000 (W2) - Depending on Experience What's the Job? Support, monitor, and develop the organization's federal income tax strategy to optimize tax benefits and minimize liabilities. Oversee the implementation, documentation, and continual improvement of US income tax accounting and compliance processes. Coordinate and review US federal and state income tax provision computations ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage US income tax filings, deadlines, and related recordkeeping obligations. Lead and support tax audits, including data collection, analysis, and communication with tax authorities and external consultants. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in income tax, preferably with a public accounting firm or global company. Strong leadership, mentoring, and process management skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly. Experience with tax compliance software such as OneSource, ProSystems, or Corptax, and familiarity with financial systems like SAP or Hyperion. What's in it for me?
