Nosal Professional Group is seeking a Tax Manager with 7-8+ years of recent public accounting tax experience in a CPA firm. This position is designed for an individual who is interested in developing client relationships, leading a team, and taking the next step toward firm ownership. What You'll Do
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of business and individual tax clients.
  • Review complex federal and state income tax returns.
  • Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop professional staff.
  • Review tax research and resolve complex tax issues.
  • Assist with practice development and firm growth initiatives. Qualifications
  • CPA license required.
  • Minimum of 7-8 years of tax experience in a public accounting (CPA) firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge of federal and state taxation.
  • Experience reviewing returns for businesses, partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and individuals.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

Pay:
