Job Description

You will be part of a culture that is very personable and helping other people is a firm wide practice. They aren't just hiring people to increase their numbers but would rather wait for the right fit that's going to work with the team and firm. They provide flexibility if you have other commitments like childcare or appointments and give you the trust to manage your own schedule. During the summer AND December, you get early finishes on a Friday. Although you only work 36 hours you will get paid for 40. There's also lots of benefits provided for wellness and health, including mental health coaches and gym memberships. This is a CPA firm in Buffalo with just under 200 people. They work off a hybrid schedule which allows flexibility but also encourages team building and relationships.
