Tax Manager (Gift/Trust/Estate) - Gift, Trust, Estate Northbrook, IL Full-TimeRemote$120,000 - $180,000 /yr Posted May 16, 2026 We are a local CPA firm in the north Chicago area and have been in business for 40 years. We have a great deal of business in the T/E space and are looking for qualified seniors and managers to join our team.

• What You Will Be Doing Oversee the client experience including deadline management and client expectations calculate tax effects of transactions, conduct technical tax research and manager tax partner expectations handle billing/wip management review returns and manage tax workflow coordinate multiple team engagements, deadlines and schedules operate in a dynamic environment Help develop Senior and Staff accountants both technically and professionally through their career What You Need for this Position At least 8 years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxation Ideally already an experienced manager, but experienced seniors/supervisors are encouraged to apply Expertise in the Trust/Estate and Gift space Specific experience with form 706 or form 709 AND 1041 Prior experience with GoSystem is a plus CPA license and/or

J.D./LLM

M.S. in Taxation is preferred
