We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager with strong expertise in public accounting, tax planning, tax compliance, and client advisory services . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex tax engagements for individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and nonprofit organizations while building long-term client relationships and providing proactive tax planning. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and review individual, business, estate, trust, and nonprofit tax engagements. Lead proactive tax planning and advisory discussions with business owners and individual clients. Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying tax-saving opportunities and providing strategic financial guidance. Review complex tax returns and oversee tax preparation activities. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through year-round advisory services. Mentor, coach, and support junior tax staff while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth, client service initiatives, and business development. Contribute to strategic planning and support the continued growth of the tax practice.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on taxation. Strong experience preparing and reviewing Individual (1040), Partnership (1065), S-C Corporation (1120S), C-Corporation (1120), Estate (1041), Trust, and Nonprofit tax returns. Proven experience in proactive tax planning and tax advisory services. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations. Experience managing client relationships and advising business owners and high-net-worth individuals. Ability to review complex tax engagements with strong technical accuracy. Experience mentoring and leading tax professionals. Excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship management skills. CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing CPA).

Pay:
