Due to ongoing firm growth, they are actively seeking a Tax Manager with a focus in International Tax to join their leadership team.
Position Summary:
As a Tax Manager - International Tax, you will serve as a subject matter expert, helping clients manage complex cross-border tax strategies, compliance, and planning. You will work closely with a diverse portfolio of middle-market businesses and high-net-worth individuals engaged in international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and review international tax compliance, including U.S. reporting requirements for foreign operations Provide tax planning and advisory services for inbound and outbound international structures Research and advise on international tax implications for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions Interpret and apply U.S. tax laws and treaties in global contexts Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor Lead and mentor team members, helping to develop junior staff Stay current on international tax legislation and trends impacting client industries
Qualifications:
Active CPA license (required) 5+ years of public accounting experience, preferably with a regional or mid-sized firm Extensive experience in international tax compliance and consulting Strong technical knowledge of Subpart F, GILTI, foreign tax credits, and transfer pricing Exceptional communication, client service, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple client engagements with professionalism and accuracy What the
