A well established CPA firm in Orlando is hiring a Tax Partner as part of a deliberate growth plan. Not a replacement. Not a panic hire. A genuine move to strengthen leadership. They've recently brought in private equity backing and are now operating with the infrastructure to scale properly. The difference is simple. You can step in, contribute, and actually benefit from that growth. The firm Mid sized, multi office CPA firm with a strong reputation across Florida. They cover tax, audit, and advisory, with a client base ranging from owner managed businesses to more complex groups. People stay here. Not because they have to, but because the structure works. High standards. Low politics. The role You're not being hired to sit in meetings and nod. You'll be: Owning and developing client relationships Leading and reviewing complex tax work Building and developing a strong team Working directly with leadership on growth strategy Helping shape what the firm looks like over the next few years There's no forced buy in. Who this is for Someone already operating at Senior Manager, Director, or Partner level Strong technical tax background across complex clients Construction experience is useful, not essential Comfortable being visible, making decisions, and leading Someone who wants more than just a title change You'll need to already be based in Orlando or properly established locally.
