This firm is different. They're in the process of promoting two of their Managers to Partner and they want to add more ambitious people to their team with a clear track to Partner available. They've been constantly taking on new clients for the past 3 years. All of the M&A activity in public accounting means the smaller firms are winning more business and this firm is no different. The culture has a family feel to it. The Partners have an open-door policy so you'll be working really closely with them. And with two of their current Managers who are stepping up to Partners - you'll have some great role models. It's a generalist position. You'll do tax & accounting work for a range of clients across multiple industries. They're a small firm but have some complex clients with revenue in the hundreds of millions. Busy season hours are reasonable. They ask you to work a couple of extra hours for two evenings per week and Saturdays until 4pm so 50 hours per week in total.
