Tax Supervisor/Manager - Top 50 FirmPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled Tax Supervisor/Manager to join our Top 50 Firm. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for a diverse client base, including family offices, government entities, non-profits, and construction companies. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in tax management while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the growth of our practice.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the tax compliance process for a diverse portfolio of clients including family offices, government entities, non-profits, and construction companies.

Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.

Review and prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws.

Provide advisory services and guidance on tax-related issues and strategies to clients.

Mentor and supervise junior tax staff, providing training and performance evaluations.

Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and to provide informed advice to clients.

Collaborate with other departments and staff to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.5+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning, with a focus on family offices, government, non-profit, and construction sectors.

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.

Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience in mentoring and supervising junior staff.
