They work across a broad mix of financial services, including tax planning and problem-solving, small business accounting, payroll, part-time CFO support, forensic work, and specialized services for elder care, ministers, churches, and non-profits.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review individual and business tax returns Provide tax planning, problem-solving, and consulting services to a diverse client base Support small business accounting and payroll services for clients Assist with new business formation and related tax matters Work directly with clients to deliver a high level of personalized service Collaborate closely with a small, tenured team in a hands-on, in-office environment

Required Qualifications:

Active CPA license required 6+ years of relevant experience required Comfortable working full-time in office in southwest Fort Worth (no remote or hybrid flexibility) Strong technical foundation in individual and business tax preparation Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a small firm, high-touch environment Compensation $130k to $165k, depending on experience.
