full-time In this highly visible role, you will shape and execute the company's direct tax strategy, ensuring compliance while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, manage risk, and support business growth. You will partner closely with executive leadership on key business initiatives, transactions, and operational decisions, helping drive value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions, including, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors, facilitating tax provision reviews with independent auditors, and supporting finance and accounting teams with tax forecasting and budgeting Oversee all aspects of domestic and international income tax compliance, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation, and timely filing and payment of tax obligation Manage transfer pricing matters, including the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation and country-by-country reporting Lead tax audits and serve as the primary contact for tax authorities and government agencies Monitor legislative and regulatory tax developments and assess their impact on the organization Develop and implement tax planning initiatives to support business objectives and improve tax efficiency Provide strategic tax guidance and support to business leaders and senior management Lead, mentor, and develop the income tax team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance prefer Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required Minimum of 10 years of combined corporate and Big Four public accounting experience in income tax provision and compliance At least 5 years of leadership or management experience Strong knowledge of U.S. and international tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements Experience with tax software and ERP systems Proven ability to develop and implement effective tax strategy Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters to executive leadership and other stakeholders
