Utah , Bountiful Job Description As a Tax Manager at this firm, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our clients' tax matters. You will be responsible for providing expert tax advice, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and facilitating the achievement of our clients' financial goals. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Tax Manager with a strong background in tax law, accounting, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and manage tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws. Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to clients. Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals. Research and interpret complex tax regulations. Establish and maintain strong client relationships. Assist in resolving tax-related issues and disputes. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in tax preparation and review. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a team of tax professionals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
