Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Tax Planning CPA We are seeking an accomplished Tax Planning CPA to join a well-established firm serving closely held businesses, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals. This executive level position requires 15+ years of experience , deep tax expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead, mentor, and serve as a trusted client advisor. Responsibilities Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, S corporations, and closely held businesses. Develop sophisticated personal, estate, and business tax-saving strategies. Analyze clients' financial positions, tax projections, and financial statements, presenting recommendations during quarterly meetings. Oversee complex tax engagements and provide final review of significant filings and recommendations. Advise clients on business structures, accounting processes, and financial performance. Represent clients in matters involving the IRS and other tax authorities. Lead and mentor tax professionals while supporting the growth of the tax department. Desired Experience 15+ years of progressive tax planning and advisory experience. Active CPA license required. Extensive experience with high-net-worth individuals and complex business tax portfolios. Strong knowledge of individual, estate, partnership, corporate, and S corporation taxation. Proven leadership, client advisory, and mentoring experience. Strong financial statement analysis and business advisory skills. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Lacerte or comparable tax software. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
