Tax Manager

Eric Zhang & Associates LLP is a well-established full-service CPA firm providing professional and personalized accounting, tax, and advisory services to clients across the United States and internationally. Our firm currently operates offices in California, Washington, Texas, Nevada, Mainland China, and Taipei. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Manager to join our growing Bellevue, Washington office.

Bellevue, Washington Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in public accounting required Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; master's degree in taxation preferred Active CPA license strongly preferred Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state taxation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and nonprofit organizations Experience with CCH Axcess, Lacerte, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office applications preferred Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience reviewing and mentoring staff preferred Responsibilities Review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and nonprofit organizations Manage tax engagements from planning through completion while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Research and analyze complex tax issues and provide practical recommendations to clients Communicate directly with clients regarding tax planning, compliance, and accounting matters Assist clients with IRS and state tax notices, audits, and correspondence Supervise, mentor, and train staff accountants and senior accountants Review financial statements and accounting workpapers prepared by staff Assist with workflow management and process improvement initiatives within the firm Support business development efforts and help maintain strong client relationships At Eric Zhang & Associates LLP, we value professionalism, teamwork, and long-term career growth.
