Tax Manager LHH US Milwaukee, WI Job Details $100,000 - $160,000 a year 14 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication CPA Public accounting Research Partnership tax expertise Bachelor's degree Accounting firm experience Full Job Description We are partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented public accounting firm in the Milwaukee area seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to focus on high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held entities. This is a highly visible role working with sophisticated clients, offering exposure to complex tax planning, advisory work, and a strong path toward leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts, and pass-through entities Review complex individual, trust, estate, partnership, and S-Corp tax returns Provide proactive tax strategies including wealth preservation, estate planning, and multi-entity structuring Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships Research and interpret complex tax issues and communicate recommendations clearly to clients Manage and mentor staff, reviewing work and supporting professional development Coordinate with internal leadership on client service delivery and practice growth initiatives Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (Masters in Taxation preferred) CPA required 5+ years (Manager) or 7+ years (Senior Manager) of public accounting experience Strong experience with high-net-worth individual tax, trusts, estates, and pass-through entities Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines Strong technical tax knowledge and research capabilities Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Pay Details:
