Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, small business, and corporate tax returns with precision and attention to detail. Gather and analyze financial data using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or other relevant tools. Assist clients in understanding their tax obligations, deductions, credits, and filing requirements. Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize benefits for clients. Conduct analysis of financial documents to identify opportunities for savings or improvements in tax strategies. Support bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized records of all client documentation. Provide excellent customer service by answering client inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in tax preparation, public accounting, or related financial roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial concepts, and technical accounting practices. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms. Demonstrated analysis skills combined with strong math abilities and 10 key typing proficiency. Expand client relationships. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy under deadlines.
