Tax Agents to join our team for the next Tax Season (JAN -APR 2027). You will work virtually, as most of our clients are virtual and based in Georgia . Tax Agents will advise clients, review and analyze tax information provided by clients, prepare and file accurate tax returns, and assist clients with future tax planning. Our Tax Preparers are expected to maintain strict client confidentiality while providing excellent customer service that builds trust and encourages repeat business. To succeed as a Tax Preparer, you should be knowledgeable about legislation and regulations, provide excellent client service, and maintain the high standards set by the organization. Responsabilities Handle corporate and individual taxes, ITINs, and Amendments. Review and analyze tax documents submitted by clients, including Schedule C and 1040. Prepare and electronically file individual and/or business tax returns. Advise clients regarding their tax situation and future tax planning. Communicate clearly with clients regarding missing information, tax questions, and filing requirements. Handle correspondence with clients and tax authorities when necessary. ITIN new, renewal, and follow up on Rejects. Process IRS and State payments. Maintain accurate and organized client records in the systems. Protect confidential and sensitive client information at all times. Stay informed about applicable tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements. Provide excellent customer service and maintain the high standards of our organization. Qualifications Bilingual - fluent in both English and Spanish Minimum of 1 year of tax preparation experience Valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) preferred Registered Tax Return Preparer credentials or relevant tax preparation certification preferred Strong computer and technology skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client and financial information Strong customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Must have experience preparing Georgia individual tax returns and be familiar with Georgia state tax laws and filing requirements.
