This position offers performance-based bonuses, quarterly reviews with opportunities for compensation growth, and a strong, supportive workplace culture. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Prepare federal and state individual and small-business tax returns. Review client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and missing information. Meet with clients to review completed returns and answer tax-related questions. Assist with amended returns, tax projections, and tax notices. Collaborate with tax professionals and financial advisors to support client needs. Required Skills and Experience CPA or Enrolled Agent designation with an active PTIN. At least 2-3 years of professional tax-preparation experience. Experience preparing both individual and business tax returns. Strong client-service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills. UltraTax CS and QuickBooks experience preferred.
