Job Description

Full-time, Flex-time, and Seasonal Openings Key Responsibilities:
Prepares business and income tax returns Researches new tax and accounting developments. Manages projects of one or more client assignments simultaneously, ensuring overall success of each project. Shares and transfers knowledge within the team. Develops deeper knowledge and skills in technical field. Actively pursues self-development opportunities. Manages the implementation of solutions for clients. Advises and coaches team members, provides consistent recognition and encouragement to team members. Works as an effective team member to complete project components and assignment tasks. Performs a detailed review of the work to ensure quality, thoroughness and completion of assignment tasks within agreed time frames.
Qualifications:
CPA, CPA
candidate or EA preferred 1 - 3 years public accounting/tax preparation experience. Strong technical knowledge and skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Creative problem-solving ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite including MS Excel and Word CCH Axcess/Prosystems, QuickBooks, Sage 50 preferred Demonstrated history of reliability and ability to maintain client confidentiality
