We are a locally trusted accounting firm dedicated to providing accurate, timely, and professional tax and accounting services to individuals and businesses. Position Overview:
The Tax Preparer will be responsible for preparing individual, business, and other tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in tax preparation (individual and/or business returns) Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations Proficiency with tax software, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses Research and resolve tax-related questions and issues Communicate with clients to gather necessary information Maintain client confidentiality and ensure compliance with firm policies Stay current with tax law changes and industry best practices
