Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper

Our firm specializes in providing customized bookkeeping solutions for our small business clients, as well as supporting our clients' personal tax preparation, retirement planning and investment management needs. We are looking for a candidate who is technically proficient, possesses great customer service skills and has the desire to learn and grow with us! Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to : Individual and Business tax return preparation Interacting directly with clients via phone and email. Payroll administration - Prepare and process payroll for our clients

Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations for clients Journal Entries / Close Month End Prepare Client Financial Statements /

Compilations Requirements:

Strong Organizational Skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple assignments with varying due dates Problem Solving Skills Attention to detail Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel and Word, Sheets and Google Docs preferred Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Accounting and tax background preferred Compensation /
