Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CPA or qualified accountant and tax preparer to join our dynamic financial team. Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, corporate, and estate tax returns with precision, ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations. Conduct detailed financial analysis, including balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, and general ledger accounting to maintain accurate financial records. Manage tax reporting processes, including tax compliance, tax law adherence, and regulatory reporting for diverse clients. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and other financial software tools for bookkeeping, payroll processing, accounts payable management, and financial statement preparation. Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation, explain tax strategies, and provide guidance on estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law. Skills Extensive experience in accounting and finance with a strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and technical accounting standards. Experience in tax preparation for individual and corporate clients along with knowledge of tax law and tax reporting requirements. Excellent client communication abilities to explain complex financial data clearly and professionally. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including accounts payable/receivable management, payroll processing, and account reconciliation efficiently.
