Job Description

TITLE:
Accountant/Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper:
(Temporary & Permanent Available) Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and tax preparation, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide exceptional customer service. This role is essential in assisting clients with their tax filings and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Experience:
Proven experience in tax preparation or a related field is required. Strong understanding of accounting principles, corporate accounting, and technical accounting practices. Proficiency in using accounting software and financial analysis tools. Excellent math skills for accurate calculations and data analysis. HIPPA knowledge/compliance
Duties Tax Returns:
Individual, Corporate and Partnership Adjust and close the client's books Payroll taxes, financial statements, and some bookkeeping Confidentiality is must and needs to be maintained at all times QuickBooks, Sage, Word and Excel (tax software.) Utilize 10 key typing skills

Friday:
8:30 A.M.•4:30 P.M. (see note)
Benefits:
Paid vacation 40 hours per week to start
Paid Major Holidays Simple IRA Salary:
$12.00•$16.00 (commensurate with experience)
