Duties Prepare and review federal tax returns for individuals using advanced tax preparation software. Ensure all tax documents are accurate, complete, and submitted timely in accordance with current tax laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, clarify tax-related questions, and explain filing requirements. Stay updated on changes in tax law and regulations to provide compliant advice and optimize client benefits. Support client acquisition efforts through professional communication. Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients. Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and accuracy. Strong organizational skills.
