Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to assist with bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax preparation, and general accounting tasks for a variety of clients. $20 - $22 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records Process accounts payable and receivable Perform bank reconciliations Prepare and process payroll Assist with payroll tax filings Support tax preparation activities and provide general administrative and accounting support
Qualifications:
Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or tax preparation preferred Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication skills
Schedule Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Tax Season:
Monday-Friday Off Season:
