In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in financial transactions and inquiries. Your ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage customer interactions will be key to ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service. Assist customers with financial transactions, including loan origination and cash management. Utilize relationship management skills to foster trust and loyalty among clients. Process debits and credits accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Identify and report potential fraud through effective fraud prevention detection measures. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of financial services offered by the company to provide informed assistance. Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant products and services to customers. Document customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for future reference. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry. Strong skills in financial sales and relationship management. Proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry and transaction processing. Familiarity with loan origination processes is a plus. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and empathy. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing customer accounts. Knowledge of cash management practices is desirable.
