Job Description
We are seeking experienced Banking Customer Service Representatives/Tellers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a position with long-term potential. Responsibilities Process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries Assist customers with account maintenance and banking services Open new consumer accounts (for qualified candidates) Cross-sell bank products and services when appropriate Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Qualifications Previous bank teller or banking customer service experience required New account experience is a plus Strong cash handling and balancing experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Bilingual Mandarin is a plus for select openings but is not required for all positions We are interviewing immediately and looking to hire qualified candidates as soon as possible.
