Monday-Friday Pay Range:

$25-$28/hour DOE We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Banker/Teller to join a growing financial team in Palm Desert. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily banking operations, account transactions, and client relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys building strong relationships with customers while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Assist customers with account inquiries and banking services
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balancing procedures
• Open new accounts and support customers with banking products and services
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and security procedures
• Provide professional and friendly customer service both in person and over the phone
• Support branch operations and assist team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous banking, teller, or financial customer service experience preferred
• Strong cash handling and balancing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
