This role is responsible for accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other member transactions while identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that meet members' financial needs. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and committed to delivering a positive member experience in every interaction. No experience is required. We will train the right candidate as long as you have the desire to succeed. Key Responsibilities Welcome members and visitors in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner. Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing. Verify transactions, signatures, endorsements, and account balances while following credit union policies and procedures. Process share certificates, line of credit advances, wire transfers, cashier/official checks, money orders, and other member requests. Open new member accounts and maintain existing accounts, including account updates and file maintenance. Assist members with check orders, direct deposit, ATM/Debit Card inquiries, Home Banking and other account-related services. Respond to member inquiries by phone, email, and in person, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Educate members on credit union products and services, including checking and savings accounts, share certificates, money market accounts, debit and credit cards, online banking, and consumer and mortgage loans. Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services that support members' financial goals. Balance and reconcile cash drawer daily, research discrepancies, and report variances as required. Maintain teller station supplies and ensure work area remains organized and secure. Stay current on credit union policies, procedures, regulations, security protocols, and annual
