Schedule:
Monday-Friday SUMMARY Responsible for coordinating and delivering branch operations training programs focused on teller operations, member service functions, new accounts, and consumer lending processes. Develops and facilitates hands-on training that ensures employees acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional member service while maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Partners with leadership to support operational excellence, employee development, and consistent service delivery across all branch locations. Key Responsibilities Train new and existing employees on teller transactions, cash handling procedures, balancing, and branch operations. Deliver training on consumer deposit products, account opening procedures, account maintenance, and member service processes. Facilitate instruction on consumer lending products, loan origination procedures, and related operational workflows. Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, procedural guides, and operational resources. Assess employee performance and knowledge retention through observations, coaching, and testing. Work closely with branch leadership to identify operational training needs and skill gaps. Ensure training content remains current with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and system enhancements. Support onboarding and cross-training initiatives to promote employee growth and operational flexibility. Provide ongoing coaching and reinforcement to employees to ensure consistency in member service and operational practices. Assist with implementation and training of new products, services, procedures, and system updates. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible branch banking, credit union, or retail financial services experience preferred. Strong knowledge of teller operations, deposit accounts, account opening procedures, and consumer lending products. Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or leading employees preferred. Must possess a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to explain operational processes clearly and effectively to employees with varying levels of experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. Ideal Backgrounds
