Job Description

Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is searching for an energetic, customer-focused, and professional candidate to join our Teller Operations team in a full-time position. This position is located primarily in our Mason City West location, working in other locations as needed. A CLB&T Teller provides the highest quality of customer service, ensures accuracy and precision in receiving and recording deposits and many more customer service requests for customers. Duties include but are not limited to: Provide bank customers with information about accounts in-person or over the phone. Manage a cash drawer and successfully balance at the end of the day. Process a variety of account transactions for business and consumer accounts. Cross-sell bank products when applicable to benefit the customer. May work in Clear Lake, Mason City or Garner offices. Assist in other areas and with officers and staff as needed to support the overall performance of the bank and service to its customers. Typical work
Schedule:
Full-time hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 5:15 PM Saturdays 7:45 AM - 12:00 Noon approximately every other Saturday; Saturday shift bonus pay available Candidates will be expected to be able to be flexible with scheduling based upon the needs of the Bank.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications (i.e. Microsoft Word & Outlook) Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic accounting skills, cash handling, and/or previous teller experience is preferred but not required
