Branch Manager At Advantage Credit Union, we believe every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day a little better. We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and service-minded Teller to join our team. This isn't just a teller position. You'll rotate between the teller line and our lobby reception area, becoming one of the first faces and voices our members experience. Whether you're processing transactions, answering phones, greeting members, or helping someone find the right financial solution, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional member experiences. What You'll Do- Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer phones and direct members to the appropriate team member.
- Build relationships by identifying member needs and recommending products and services.
- Maintain a welcoming lobby and support daily branch operations.
- Work alongside an amazing team that believes in helping each other succeed. What we are looking for
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional member service.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
