Job Description
This position is responsible for performing all customer service and teller functions accurately and with the highest level of quality service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Opening new accounts Processing account transactions Cashing checks Issuing money orders and cashier's checks Cross-selling other bank products Maintaining account records Encoding items for processing Daily balancing and safeguarding of cash drawer Attendance is essential function of the job Qualifications Education and Experience A high school diploma or equivalent is required Prior experience is preferred Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service skills including attentiveness and information retention Strong ability to work with others in a manner exhibiting tact and diplomacy Emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail Working knowledge of computers and general office equipment
