Fri:

7:45 am•4:15 or

Mon-Fri:

8:45 am•5:15 pm& rotating Saturdays 7:45 am•12:15 pm. If working Saturday, you have a full day off during the week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides high level customer service by building and retaining relationships Opens, maintains, & closes customer bank accounts Builds trust with current & potential customers to understand their product/service needs, & provides solutions that will benefit the customer Educates customers on identity fraud Assists with customer bank account inquiries or concerns Performs teller responsibilities Maintain and balance a cash drawer

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

A High School diploma or equivalent. 1 year retail customer service experience, required. 1 year previous teller and/or banking experience, preferred.

COMPETENCIES

Basic Computer Skills Math Aptitude Attention to Detail Problem Solving Ability to handle pressure while maintaining composure
