Teller/Member Service Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with various financial transactions, and cash handling, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your ability to build rapport with members and effectively address their needs will be crucial to your success. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions and identifying suspicious activities. Utilize financial software to assist members with account management and inquiries. Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash management practices. Perform basic math calculations to support financial operations and assist members effectively. Promote additional services through upselling techniques to enhance member experience and satisfaction. Skills Math skills, including basic math calculations for accurate financial reporting. Effective communication skills to interact positively with members and team members alike. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
